These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of apexphonecase.com and purchases from ApexPhoneCase, operated by Amvanti Inc. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced on the site.
Store eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with the store’s operation; introduce malicious code; or violate the rights of others.
Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, compatibility, colors, and images accurately. Display settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model and case type before checkout.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is placed. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, legal restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If payment has been captured for a cancelled item, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. International customers may be responsible for duties and import charges as described in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours, but cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
Intellectual property and third-party marks
The site design, original text, graphics, and other content owned by ApexPhoneCase or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit site content without permission.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks that may appear on products or content are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply that ApexPhoneCase or Amvanti Inc. is sponsored, endorsed, authorized by, or affiliated with those owners unless expressly stated in writing.

The store relies on Shopify and other third-party services for hosting, payments, analytics, fulfillment, and related functions. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amvanti Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Amvanti Inc. against claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
